Rhodri Jones Memorial 5k Beach Run/Jog/Walk

At 19, Rhodri was diagnosed with osteosarcoma in his pelvis and sadly
passed away aged 20 in February 2006. The Rhodri Jones Memorial
Appeal was created by his family to raise awareness and fund vital
osteosarcoma research. Since 2016, Rhodri’s best friend Lee has raised
over £55,000 in his memory and will be joining Clare-Anna Mitchell this
Wednesday at 11am.

The annual 5k is one of the appeal’s biggest events, and this year marks
its 10th anniversary. Everyone is welcome to take part wherever they are.
The 5k can be completed virtually, and all participants will receive a
finisher medal.
